Job Summary
A recruiting software developer is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support customers along their journey and answering their questions along the way
- Manage the end to end process of helping getting people employed
- Maintain and develop our customer self-service tools
