Job Summary

A recruiting software developer is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support customers along their journey and answering their questions along the way
  • Manage the end to end process of helping getting people employed
  • Maintain and develop our customer self-service tools
