Job Summary

An information technology company that provides commercial and retail services has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with supporting live customers as a primary and secondary escalation contact
  • Educate customers on best practices for utilizing, configuring, and troubleshooting Commerce Applications
  • Maintain a positive outward attitude and demeanor with customers as issues are resolved

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years: Customer facing experience in an IT role and or software industry, preferably supporting SAAS products
  • Advanced Problem Solving Skills
  • Advanced Multi-tasking Skills
  • Advanced Customer Service Skills
  • Intermediate Technical Microsoft Office Skills
  • Advanced Computer Skills
