Job Summary

An international hospitality and travel industry solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring customers are gaining full benefit of purchased company products
  • Identifying opportunities where other company products may meet the needs of the customer
  • Serving as an escalation point for their customers for concerns pertaining to services purchased

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of combination hospitality Customer Success, hotel revenue management / eCommerce / marketing / sales or providing services and solutions to hotels via a SaaS company
  • Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers
  • Demonstrated experience of achieving financial goals through portfolio management
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
