Job Summary

Software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Regional Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a region on North American Customer Success Team
  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 individual contributors
  • Develop and deploy programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving bookings targets
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive successful sales and Customer Success teams
  • Ability to work with customers directly to help overcome challenges and convert challenged customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations
