Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Software Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales inquiries for business customers
- Engage business customers to increase awareness and utilization, as well as complete renewals, partnering with Sales as needed
- Conduct training and strategy sessions for customers desiring greater support
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience servicing a high-volume of customers from SMB and mid-markets
- Experience with enterprise accounts
- Proficient in working with Salesforce CRM and business intelligence solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of software product features and value proposition
