Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Software Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales inquiries for business customers
  • Engage business customers to increase awareness and utilization, as well as complete renewals, partnering with Sales as needed
  • Conduct training and strategy sessions for customers desiring greater support

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience servicing a high-volume of customers from SMB and mid-markets
  • Experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proficient in working with Salesforce CRM and business intelligence solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of software product features and value proposition
