Job Summary

A computer networking hardware and software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Solving adoption challenges and accelerate adoption of products and services
  • Helping customers adopt and better leverage their use of products
  • Partnering closely with others to provide the best possible experience

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years experience in technical consulting or customer interfacing/engagement role
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices related to domain
  • Technical depth/experience with ACI / Fabric Analytics
  • Understanding of technical fundamentals of aligned technology/specialization areas
