Job Summary
A healthcare analytics company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, maintaining, verifying performance and repairing equipment at customer sites
- Driving the sale of new maintenance contracts, maintenance agreement upgrades and instrument add-ons
- Assisting and supporting local sales representative to secure new instrument orders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, electronics or a related discipline with 2-3 years of experience (or equivalent work experience in field service)
- Hands on service skills and experience
