Job Summary

A cloud computing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and integration capabilities
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Researching, reproducing, documenting and reporting defects

Required Skills:

  • Occasional onsite visits and visits to client sites
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Support Engineer,
  • 1+ years customer support/help desk experience
  • Proven technical skills
  • Experience in one or more scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Powershell, etc.)
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
