Job Summary

A call center company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Capture additional information from the prospective student
  • Warm transfer prospects to various clients
  • Assist with employment applications and the prequalification process

Required Skills:

  • Able to multi-task so as to talk on the phone while on the computer for long periods of time
  • Have above average computer and typing skills of 35 WPM minimum keyboarding
  • Computer hardware and software must meet all employer requirements
