Job Summary
A bookkeeping company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Support Specialist in Newark.
Must be able to:
- Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
- Assist in resolving client inquiries
- Build client relationships as part of the accounting process
Qualifications for this position include:
- May need to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple of times per year
- 2+ years of phone support
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com
- Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms
- Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
- Embrace and enjoy working with new technology
