Job Summary
A media player system and software suite is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Support Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Execute plans to establish, meet and exceed the strategic objectives
- Attain/exceed customer satisfaction metrics
- Define strategy, plans, and success criteria
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Masters degree, preferably MBA, or equivalent
- Strong technical background
