Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Training Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and build a Training strategy, framework and tools, aligning to company strategy
- Use data, research, and collaboration with other teams to develope KPIs and measuring success of training strategies
- Oversee the creation and implementation of training materials, programs and processes and engage with cross-functional teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have more than 10 years experience in various Training and learning functions in the software industry
- Have experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Management & Support
- Have experience leveraging data insights to improve customer experience
- Have experience implementing Learning Management Systems with interest in learning about new trends in the industry
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with interest to deliver training and developing
- Have experience with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira Software and Confluence
