Job Summary

A national nonprofit association has an open position for a Telecommute Cybersecurity Program Director in Louisville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the Cybersecurity Program
  • Working closely with the policy office on federal cybersecurity issues
  • Overseeing and maintaining a community governance structure

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel as required to support conferences/events, team operations, and external events relevant to the position
  • A minimum of ten years’ experience of increasing responsibility leading services and programs in higher education, information technology, or both
  • A minimum of five years’ experience of increasing responsibility leading cybersecurity or IT governance, risk, and compliance services and programs
  • Deep knowledge of current and emerging issues in domain of cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated leadership in the profession
  • Ability to identify better ways to work, solve problems, and suggest improvements
