Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Acquisition and Implementation Leader in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing plan and timeline for each new data set acquisition
- Leading activities and refining processes for the onboarding of medical record data
- Recommending and implementing improvements to onboarding documentations, technical instructions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel - negligible
- 5+ years of experience integrating EMR data, especially EPIC, Cerner or Centricity
- BSc/BA (or higher) in computer science, health science
- Understanding of HL7 v2 and v3 message formats (ADT, ORU, ORM, CCDA v2)
- Experience leveraging/configuring/developing Interface Engines
- Experienced data analyst, adept at writing SQL/PL-SQL queries to analyze and validate content
- Experience assessing data quality such as performing data format quality checks
