Job Summary
A professional services and staff augmentation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Data Center Migration Architect in Addison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting migration waves and acting as infrastructure and engineering escalation point during waves
- Developing Playbook and migration plans and procedures based on detailed schedule/server bundles
- Creating and managing planning Playbook for each migration event
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep knowledge/understanding of SDLC and application architecture
- Deep knowledge/understanding of network/infrastructure architecture
- Demonstrated experience in previous application migration projects/initiatives
- 10+ years managing complex projects and leading teams
- Database experience: Oracle, SQL, DB2
