Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Science Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Transforming high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions
  • Collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
  • Leading a team of 8-10 (5 direct reports) focused on Data Science solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree + 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in project, process or people leadership
  • Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative program
  • Ability to translate data into a compelling story that drives action and strategy for our executive leaders
  • Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets
  • Experience using a wide variety of modeling techniques to enhance outcomes or experiences
