Job Summary

A delivery order platform for the restaurant industry is seeking a Telecommute Database Operations Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Recruit and develop a team of accomplished operations talent
  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of data store tools and infrastructure
  • Establish and maintain SLIs and SLOs to improve system observability

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of management experience under an Agile operational model
  • Experience with production operations in an always up, always available environment
  • Experience with building and running highly-available relational databases
  • Experience with building and running non-relational data stores
  • Experience with data warehouses built on Snowflake or Redshift
  • Experience translating business goals into viable technology solutions
