Job Summary

A financial service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Default Compliance and Reporting Senior Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Auditing and updating Default reporting to ensure that LoanCare is in compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines
• Mailing, updating, ordering and registering of Default letters
• Preparing loans for foreclosure review

Qualifications Include:

• Solid PC experience and typing skills
• Complete knowledge of relevant federal regulations and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Minimum of 1 (one) year collections, loss mitigation or other mortgage/real estate related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to learn rules, regulations, and laws of all default departments
• Ability to use a dialer system to make/receive phone calls
