Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Department Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Receive incoming calls from agencies, clients, and hospital staff and identifying/taking appropriate actions needed
- Request bills and medical records
- Update notes in hospital computer system
Qualifications for this position include:
- Reliable transportation required
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organization skills - ability to prioritize, plan, and follow tasks through to completion
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer skills, including word processing, required
