Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Design Training Manager in Tempe.

Must be able to:

  • Learn the commercial lending environment especially as it relates to LIBOR and the transition to SOFR
  • Conduct development of innovative training materials to be used in webinars and emails
  • Partner with the Bank training design and development organization to ensure the training is appropriate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in some learning and development discipline
  • 5 years minimum experience with training design and development organizations
  • Experience with enterprise wide initiatives such as LIBOR transition or Y2K
  • Experience in influencing cross-functional leaders in a large organization
  • Tenacity and energy in leading change
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
