Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Digital Inclusion Executive Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s and Senior Director, Program Operations calendars
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings
  • Manage the CEO’s domestic/international business travel and accommodation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 years' administrative experience, preferably supporting an executive or senior leader
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
  • Ability to look ahead at calendars and coordinate multiple moving parts
  • Experience booking domestic and international travel
