Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Digital Inclusion Executive Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s and Senior Director, Program Operations calendars
- Ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings
- Manage the CEO’s domestic/international business travel and accommodation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 years' administrative experience, preferably supporting an executive or senior leader
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to look ahead at calendars and coordinate multiple moving parts
- Experience booking domestic and international travel
