Job Summary

A content delivery network needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Digital Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work hands-on with internal teams and customers on any support requests or problems
  • Develop technical relationships with customers to build a deep understanding of their team
  • Establish a regular cadence for monthly and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) customer meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • Participate in regularly scheduled and important customer meetings on-site
  • 3 + years Pre or Post-Sales in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services
  • Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation
  • Technical experience with: HTTP, TLS, DNS, and other common protocols
  • Scripting languages and web platforms, especially Varnish and VCL. nix operating systems
  • Streaming video/audio technologies
