Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Digital UX Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining the user experience and conversational design for bots and voice skills
  • Defining product requirements and play the product owner role
  • Conducting industry research and defining the capabilities needed

Required Skills:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience in user experience or product management
  • Expertise with user experience design
  • Experience with web analytics and monitoring adoption of digital products
  • Experience using bot solutions and voice activated solutions
  • Expertise in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
