Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Digital UX Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining the user experience and conversational design for bots and voice skills
- Defining product requirements and play the product owner role
- Conducting industry research and defining the capabilities needed
Required Skills:
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in user experience or product management
- Expertise with user experience design
- Experience with web analytics and monitoring adoption of digital products
- Experience using bot solutions and voice activated solutions
- Expertise in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
