A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Discrimination Attorney in New York.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with discrimination cases
- Handle cases regarding Title VII, NY Labor Law, Worker's Compensation, and the EEOC
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Licensed attorney barred in New York
- Familiarity with New York procedure
- At least 3 years of labor and employment law experience
- Exceptional drafting skills
- Have relevant New York experience
