Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Diversity and Inclusion Training Instructional Designer in Morton Grove.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Re-creating an existing ILT course
- Delivering T3 sessions alongside internal HR leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend meetings onsite
- 5+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and Development using the ADDIE model, and solid understanding of Adult learning principles
- 3+ years’ experience in the design and development of interactive ILT
- Ability to deliver T3 sessions with HR leaders
- Must be highly proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Must be a team player and “people person” who enjoys face to face interactions
