A company that specializes in providing clean energy solutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Align with EPIC and our executives on measurable DEI goals
• Lead and support initiatives
• Serve as an internal Diversity Consultant to key leaders

Position Requirements Include:

• Prior experience developing and leading mentorship and learning programs
• Minimum 8 years of proven, progressive experience
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and training facilitation skills and experience
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
