Job Summary
A digital healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing guidance and direction to the Diversity Council
- Liaising with HR to track and measure people-related Diversity and Inclusion measures and training programs
- Inspiring and advising leaders on how to develop and drive DE&I within their functions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of five years of professional work experience in workplace diversity, equity, inclusion and culture
- Prior experience in the life sciences industry
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Must be able to project manage and meet deliverables
