Job Summary

A digital healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing guidance and direction to the Diversity Council
  • Liaising with HR to track and measure people-related Diversity and Inclusion measures and training programs
  • Inspiring and advising leaders on how to develop and drive DE&I within their functions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years of professional work experience in workplace diversity, equity, inclusion and culture
  • Prior experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to project manage and meet deliverables
