Job Summary
A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Drug Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage high-level development tasks and timelines for a product
- Understand the client's development plan
- Understand the entire drug development process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in CRO and pharma or biotech research and development
- Extensive knowledge of drug development and/or experience in more than one functional area
- Significant experience and contribution as core member of a Global Project Team
- Strong track record of delivering results through effective team and peer leadership
- Proven experience as a successful, decisive leader in a strategic multi-functional environment
- Ability to manage complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure circumstances
