Job Summary

A major healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute E and I Affordability Strategy Director.

Must be able to:

Lead affordability ideation and strategy development
Identify root causes and bring together cross-functional partners to find solutions
Lead and manage a small team of business analysts in supporting work of assigned categories

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in managed care or health plan management with accountability for business results
2+ years of direct leadership experience
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word
Undergraduate degree in business, health care management, or related field
Experience in the payer and provider segments of the health care industry
