Job Summary

A regional bank and financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute EDD Quality Assurance Corporate Compliance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing oversight & guidance on BSA/AML, CIP, KYC & OFAC/Sanctions banking regulations, regulatory expectations & risks
  • Reviewing of new or changing regulations impacting the bank from a high risk customer perspective
  • Providing oversight for risk-based technology and tools designed to assist the bank in complying with BSA/AML

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 4 – 7 years of BSA/AML banking compliance or regulatory experience
  • Significant experience working with FFIEC Exam Manual high risk customer types, including conducting CIP, KYC, and CDD / EDD
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with advanced degree(s) of JD or MBA desired
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior business and compliance management
