An employee benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Employee Benefits Business Development Representative.

  • Prospecting target accounts identifying contacts to outreach to via high quality phone calls
  • Ensuring qualified account leads convert into customers
  • Achieving weekly target lead generation performance goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of inside sales or sales generation experience
  • Highly personable, confident and comfortable interacting with prospects
  • Strong communication skills over both phone and email
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, including the ability to identify underlying client needs
  • Ability to quickly and objectively evaluate the viability of new opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
