An employee benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Employee Benefits Business Development Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting target accounts identifying contacts to outreach to via high quality phone calls
- Ensuring qualified account leads convert into customers
- Achieving weekly target lead generation performance goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of inside sales or sales generation experience
- Highly personable, confident and comfortable interacting with prospects
- Strong communication skills over both phone and email
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, including the ability to identify underlying client needs
- Ability to quickly and objectively evaluate the viability of new opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
