Smile, Inc. is seeking a Telecommute Employee Experience Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing existing tooling (Notion, Collage, Lever, Slack, Officevibe) & be the main point of contact for these tools
  • Research, implement, maintain & be the main point of contact for new employee tooling
  • Maintain and update our company culture knowledge repository with relevant information

Position Requirements Include:

  • People are your passion - you believe the key to a exceptional organization is its people
  • 3+ years experience working as a Employee Experience Specialist or related role at a SaaS based company
  • You’re fast and efficient like Sonic the Hedgehog but on your computer
  • Are incredibly detail oriented, process driven with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Believe creativity trumps boring in your approach to EX
