Job Summary

A human resources software developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Engineering Manager II.

Must be able to:

  • Manage dependencies across product teams/business
  • Push team towards more cloud-based solutions to modernize the Workflows platform
  • Develop skill sets and leadership capabilities of team members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of system operations and software delivery experience in a SaaS web development environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing Software development and test engineers
  • Experience directly managing remote and in office employees
