Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Engineering Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Manage 2 to 4 team members
  • Focus the team on high customer value projects
  • Establish and encourage networks of communication

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong Software Engineering experience
  • Ability to work in multiple programming languages
  • Experience with distributed systems and operating them as they scale
  • Experience operating services running in the cloud on AWS, or other clouds
  • Ability to slow down and communicate clearly and effectively across language barriers
