Job Summary

A cyber defense non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Engineering Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform software engineering activities
  • Lead, mentor and coach team members
  • Stay current on technology trends and work with various stakeholders and teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of operational experience in a DevOps team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Java/Groovy development
  • Experience collaborating with and/or training other colleagues
  • Strong experience with CI/CD automation: testing, builds, deploys, monitoring
