Job Summary

A robotics company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Account Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with Sales to building close long-term client relationships
  • Engaging customers in conversations about renewal and expansion
  • Producing client deliverables such as communications plans, SOPs, etc

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in a Customer Success Role
  • Experience working in Fortune 500 corporation, robotics or other high-tech industry
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Ability to support the resolution of delivery, implementation or technical issues
  • Ability to monitor clients usage throughout their lifecycle
