Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Enterprise Agile Transformation Architect.

Must be able to:

  • Use Agile/SAFe subject matter expertise to coach new and existing teams
  • Teach, mentor, and coach teams, executives and business leaders
  • Serve as a liaison with areas undergoing agile transformation

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 20 years of business / IT experience
  • At least 10 years of Lean / Agile, and SAFe experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience implementing a variety of Agile practices
  • Experience in illustrating the benefits and behaviors of servant leadership
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring teams to achieve better results applying Agile practices
  • Bachelor's degree
