Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Own the relationship held with each customer
- Serve as an interface between the customer and the company support infrastructure
- Complete routine tasks independently
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Expert level resource able to work independently to deliver complex Azure cloud service environments
- Familiarity with compliance controls (NIST, IRS 1075, etc) and ability to architect and deploy compliant environments
- Ability to facilitate complex integration issues and create workarounds to overcome cloud service shortcomings
- Expert level facilitation of three-tier cloud environments, networking, distributed authentication, security, high-availability, DR, etc
- Required ability to successfully meet CJIS requirements
