Job Summary

A legal intelligence solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive business value to a variety of stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and engaging with sales to close

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers with a total ARR above $3M
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, onboarding, training, and driving adoption within a SaaS software company
  • Proven track record of Net Retention above 120%
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a Director or C-Level audience
