An education management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Division Student Success Manager in Tempe.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supporting adult learners and interfacing diplomatically and professionally with business leaders
• Cultivating a network within the University and the company sponsoring the program
• Overseeing your cohort's day to day activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Requires some travel as needed to various locations where classes are being held
• Managed staff before
• Have worked in a capacity as a mentor, coach or another role where motivating others
• Have worked in the corporate environment and understand the importance of deadlines
• Have a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
