Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Enterprise Sales Regional Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • perform team design, training, coaching & hiring
  • Set annual quotas, territory planning and accurate forecasting
  • Build awareness with key decision-makers within enterprises

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to attend customer meetings, represent the sales team across other functions, external partners, and to HQ
  • Demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams in enterprise, health plan or benefit sales
  • Experience maintaining ongoing relationships with large, complex clients
  • The ability to close a sale, while having the communication skills, credibility, and authority to handle each client
  • Experience negotiating and structuring incentive compensation plans
