Job Summary

A business software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Relationship Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a business plan
  • Negotiate and manage agreements for new services and contract renewals
  • Continually advocate for Clients and find new ways to add value

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • 10+ years’ customer relationship management experience
  • Experience managing portfolio of large enterprise accounts
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of educations/experience
  • Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape
  • Strong negotiation skills
