Job Summary

A cloud contact software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Solutions Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Implement and troubleshoot the call center software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments
  • Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects
  • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to both internal and customer organizations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Manage remotely and onsite
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with operating, selling, or servicing customer contact/engagement centers for sales or service
  • Extensive presentation experience and skills are critical (web based)
  • Ability to deliver demos and presentations that close deals
