Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Technical Support Engineer III in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting complex issues and help customer’s access their data
  • Monitoring and tracking all service calls, provides call status updates
  • Contributing to centralized problem identification and resolution databases

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Occasional travel to customer sites
  • Effectively communicates procedural and technical issues to customers
  • 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Windows and/or Unix/Linux administration and command line interface
  • Experience with end to end performance troubleshooting
  • Experience with File System and Kernel internals and operation
