Job Summary
A workforce networking company is seeking a Telecommute Equity Solutions Payroll Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining the integrity of client award data, working across departments and with executive management
- Developing equity training materials for the broader team
- Assisting with supplemental reporting equity reporting requirements across the globe
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have a general understanding of the U.S. Federal and state taxation for equity compensation
- Have 1-3 years general consulting experience plus working experience with G-Suite
- Have experience with working with large data sets
- Have experience in administering stock equity plans for a global publicly traded company
- Have a general experience answering internal and client questions related to equity, and reconciling transactions
- Can generate and analyze recurrent and ad-hoc equity reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners
