Job Summary

A workforce networking company is seeking a Telecommute Equity Solutions Payroll Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining the integrity of client award data, working across departments and with executive management
• Developing equity training materials for the broader team
• Assisting with supplemental reporting equity reporting requirements across the globe

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have a general understanding of the U.S. Federal and state taxation for equity compensation
• Have 1-3 years general consulting experience plus working experience with G-Suite
• Have experience with working with large data sets
• Have experience in administering stock equity plans for a global publicly traded company
• Have a general experience answering internal and client questions related to equity, and reconciling transactions
• Can generate and analyze recurrent and ad-hoc equity reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners
