Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Event Coordination Associate in Miami.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the team to schedule speakers, vendors, and participants
  • Creating and analyzing online conference evaluations and preparing post-event reports
  • Managing all of the conference photos and distribution with our internal/external teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Work remotely once per week and travel to and support onsite execution of key events
  • Four-year college degree in Business or Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and Registration/Event Management software and database application skills
