Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Event Coordination Associate in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the team to schedule speakers, vendors, and participants
- Creating and analyzing online conference evaluations and preparing post-event reports
- Managing all of the conference photos and distribution with our internal/external teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Work remotely once per week and travel to and support onsite execution of key events
- Four-year college degree in Business or Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and Registration/Event Management software and database application skills
