Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Event Operations Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administering department/Company policy and procedures
  • Servicing provider network and event specific decisions
  • Being responsible for the oversight of training and maintenance of Network Providers

Required Skills:

  • Must also be willing to travel on an occasional basis
  • Proven ability to identify and facilitate appropriate training techniques
  • Proven ability to lead and direct others as well as manage and monitor performance
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and considers themselves technically savvy
