Job Summary

An in home-agent contact center company is seeking a Telecommute Event Ticketing and Sales Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound customer service calls
  • Talk to buyers and sellers to answer questions
  • Ensure that every customer interaction provides a great experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Some working knowledge and interest in sports, music and theatre
  • Excellent communication skills who can clearly answer questions and anticipate future needs
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with responsive customer service to provide white glove service
  • Ability to provide at least 20 hours per week on this program during the client’s operating hours
