Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing diary/calendar and e-mails for the Managers on their behalf
- Supporting knowledge sharing within the team and prepares decision taking
- Managing controlling and reporting activities on behalf of manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expected Travel: 0 - 10%
- 3 to 5 years of experience as secretary or comparable experience
- Apprenticeship as secretary or commercial qualification or comparable experience
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- At least 5 years administrative and business support experience in fast-paced environment
