Job Summary
A marketing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant Bookkeeper in Irvine.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing all expense report approved submissions for proper GL coding
- Recording and reconciling bank deposits
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work at least one day per week in Irvine co-working space
- Associates degree
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Quickbooks Online, Paychex payroll, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc
- Comfortable learning and using new technology
- Good customer service skills
