Job Summary

A marketing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant Bookkeeper in Irvine.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all expense report approved submissions for proper GL coding
  • Recording and reconciling bank deposits
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work at least one day per week in Irvine co-working space
  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Quickbooks Online, Paychex payroll, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology
  • Good customer service skills
